Booyah bring six players back from 2019

ASHWAUBENON – The Green Bay Booyah Baseball Club has announced the addition of six players to the 2020 roster who played for the team in 2019.

Minnesota second basemen Zack Raabe returns after a short 2019 Northwoods League stint.

In five games last season, Raabe hit .333 with five RBIs, four walks and a stolen base.

During his freshman season with the Golden Gophers, Raabe hit .271 with five doubles and 18 RBI and went 7-for-7 in stolen bases.

On the mound, Green Bay returns more than 185 innings pitched in 2019, including 16 starts.

Garrett Martin, now a junior at Marian University, comes back after hurling 55 innings in 2019.

He finished the season with a 3.43 earned-run average and a 4-2 overall record.

The righty from Gypsum, Colorado, won Northwoods League player of the night on two occasions, including following a seven-inning, two-earned run victory at Madison in June.

From Mineral Wells, West Virginia, junior Dalton Wiggins returns for his third consecutive season in the Northwoods League.

Wiggins had the lowest ERA on the team with a 1.61.

The righty spent the majority of his season in the bullpen but made three starts at the end of the year.

Wiggins didn’t allow an earned run in 12 of his 17 appearances.

Chandler Ingram from Montevallo will also return to the bullpen.

Ingram went 2-1 with a 2.17 ERA.

He appeared in 22 games (all out of the bullpen) and picked up one save.

Ingram allowed only one run in five of the 22 games he appeared in.

Jacob Paulishak, a 6-foot-4 righty, also returns.

Paulishak had five appearances from the bullpen where he didn’t allow a run, including three innings of two-hit ball at Lakeshore in late July.

The final arm returning is sophomore Logan Lee from Northwood University.

The righty went 3-2 in his first season with Green Bay, also picking up one save.

Lee won three games in the final three weeks of the season.

His last appearance on the mound was in the final win of the year – a 4-1 home victory over Lakeshore.
