Runners brave wet conditions at Meadowbrook Park

HOWARD – The rain held off long enough for the nine-team Bay Port Cross Country 5-kilometer Invitational at Meadowbrook Park in Howard Sept. 19.

De Pere’s Andrew Lopez was the top local boys’ finisher with his third-place time of 17:16.4, while Bay Port’s Lindsay Herbert finished sixth (20:28.3) to pace the local girls.
