Tell me about your family.

“I have a younger sister named Brynn who is a sophomore, my mom is from Iola and my dad grew up in Pulaski.”

Do you come from a sports family?

“Brynn plays softball and basketball and was on the state softball team last spring. My mom played volleyball, basketball and softball, and my dad played football and baseball.”

What’s it like being a three-sport athlete?

“It’s not easy. I don’t have any time off, and I have to balance sports and school at the same time.”

Is there one sport you wish you had tried?

“In the eighth grade, I played baseball instead of track, but during my freshman year, I thought it was a good idea to switch over.”

Do you have a most memorable sports moment?

“My sophomore year in basketball, we played Kaukauna in the sectional semifinal at Ashwaubenon High School. We lost the game, but there were more than 2,000 people packed into the bleachers – the atmosphere was unbelievable.”

What was it like playing against Kaukauna’s Jordan McCabe?

“I had to guard him – it was hard but fun.”

Do you have an embarrassing moment?

“My sophomore year again in basketball, we were playing Bay Port and were down by one point with 10 seconds left. I was bringing the ball up the court and dribbled it off my foot.”

What’s it like playing football for head coach Jerad Marsh?

“He’s the nicest guy and coach you’ll ever meet. He’s been a good mentor and stays mostly calm.”

You played with one of the best players in the state last year in Dylan Hendricks – what was he like?

“He is awesome and a very good leader. He played both ways and barely took any snaps off. He is extremely humble and won’t be the one to brag or taunt anyone.”

How will the team be this year?

“I think we will still be good. We only have a few starters returning on both sides of the ball, but we have good players coming up.”

Your offense is called the single-wing – what makes it so effective?

“We run, run, run and then suddenly throw a pass – teams don’t expect it. There are three running backs moving at the same time in the backfield, and you can’t tell who has the ball. I could see where it would be frustrating to play against.”

What is your dream job?

“Becoming a professional athlete.”

What is something about you most people wouldn’t know?

“I can juggle.”

What’s the most you can juggle at one time?

“I can do four – I even juggle bowling pins.”

What three words describe you?

“Dedicated, kind, hard-working.”

Is there a state you’d like to visit?

“Arizona – I grew up watching baseball spring training.”

What will you miss about Pulaski?

“My friends, sports, teachers and coaches.”

How will you be remembered at Pulaski?

“Hopefully as a good role model, a nice guy and a leader.”

Cut the grass or shovel snow?

“Cut the grass.”

Read the book or watch the movie?

“Watch the movie.”

Carpet or hardwood?

“Hardwood.”

NFL or college football?

“College football.”

Tent camping or camper?

“Tent camping.”
