Misael DelMoral is a senior on the Green Bay East football team.

What’s it like to have so much diversity at Green Bay East?

“It’s great because you find those people you don’t know. There is a backstory you can talk to them about in and around the Green Bay community.”

Talk about the win last year against Shawano and what it meant to your program.

“We knew we were ready to get the win. It was a huge confidence boost afterward to share in the celebration with teammates and fans.”

What accomplishment are you most proud of so far in your life?

“Helping my mom out any way I can – I play football for her.”

What teammate would you like to be with if you were trapped in a flood with no help in sight?

“Jake Zellner. I could rely on him when there is trouble, and he is a good friend. I trust him a lot.”

Talk about how special your family is and what they have meant to your success.

“I give everything I have on Friday nights for them. I have a lot on the line to stay focused and play good football.”

What is your most embarrassing football moment?

“My pads getting stuck before going out on the field. That is not a good feeling knowing the coach is seconds away from talking and you running into the stadium.”

Which do you prefer – playing in the rain or a sun-drenched field for a game?

“The rain – something special about the extra work you have to put in when the elements are hard.”

Talk about Coach Behrned and the tremendous work ethic he brings from Florida.

“He’s been an incredible role model for me. I never had any experience before with him challenging me each and every day to get better. He does so much for the team with meals for the guys and truly cares.”

What’s the hardest part about dealing with an injury?

“Doing recovery things you know are going to be challenging and difficult.”

You are an offensive linemen. The position often gets overlooked and doesn’t get the credit it deserves. Talk about the toughness needed to play in the trenches.

“You need a lot of mental focus. You are always expected to block and pull a certain way or the play can’t develop. All five or six guys on the line have to be on the same page.”

What is your favorite phone app?

“Snapchat.”

Do you have a nickname?

“Missile.”

What is one thing teammates or coaches don’t know about you?

“I used to play clarinet and enjoy music a lot.”

What are your college aspirations?

“I want to go to UW-Oshkosh or the University of Michigan and study physics.”

Hawaii or Antarctica for vacation?

“Hawaii.”

What one word describes you?

“Likeable.”

What is your favorite music genre?

“Pop.”

If you could listen to any song before a game, what would it be?

“Black and Yellow by Wiz Khalifa.”

Favorite thing ordered or bought in the past year?

“I went to Red Lobster for the first time.”

What is a frustration you have encountered?

“Letting my teammates down during a tough loss.”

Who is a former or current favorite Packers player?

“Randall Cobb.”

What is one thing you would change this moment?

“To have people equal in association with race and pay in their jobs.”

If you go to a game anywhere in the United States, which stadium would you want to visit?

“The Georgia Dome in Atlanta, Georgia, because it’s huge and they have hosted the Super Bowl.”

Is there another sport you think you could have excelled at?

“I played soccer for a few years. I was decent but wanted to concentrate on football moving forward.”
