Tell me about your family.

“I’m the oldest, but I have two younger sisters and a younger brother. Ella is a freshman at Southwest with me, my brother Gavin is in the seventh grade and my 6-year-old sister Giana is in kindergarten. My mom and dad are both from Fort Atkinson.”

Speaking of your dad, he is a photographer for the Packers and takes some of the most amazing pictures you can imagine.

“He loves his job. Seeing how motivated he is, motivates me. I’m always amazed at how his eye catches stuff.”

Have you met any players through him?

“My family has gone to a few Packers parties, but I haven’t personally talked to any of them. I was in the same elevator as Jordy Nelson once.”

Do you come from a sports family?

“Ella plays on the soccer team with me – that’s really cool getting to play one year of varsity soccer with her. Gavin does baseball and some basketball and Giana plays soccer. My mom ran and played basketball and my dad did soccer, baseball and golfed.”

Do you have a most memorable sports moment?

“Being able to play with my sister in a varsity match – I never thought it would be possible, but it’s so much fun.”

What’s it like playing for coach Tyler Thomas?

“Coach Thomas is a great coach and is very dedicated. It makes you in a good mood, and I always look forward to soccer practice. I wish all high school soccer players could have what I have at Southwest.”

What led you to choose exercise and sports science in college?

“As a freshman, I had a two-month concussion during the fall soccer season, and I really liked seeing the therapy I went through. It piqued my interest.”

Does your family travel a lot?

“My youngest sister gets a little antsy driving in a car for any length of time, but we like going to Door County.”

Which teammate should have her own reality TV show?

“Emma Pierce is a character. She puts herself out there and is funny all the time. She is a junior and probably one of my best friends on the team.”

What three words best describe you?

“Hard-working, caring, compassionate.”

How will Alexia Siegle be remembered at Southwest?

“I want to be remembered as the girl who always gave it her all and never gave up. I deal with shin splints, but I don’t like sitting out of practice.”

Vacuum or do the dishes?

“Vacuum.”

Spring or fall?

“Fall.”

Tiny house or treehouse?

“Treehouse.”

Booth or table?

“Booth.”

Board games or video games?

“Board games.”
