GREEN BAY – The Green Bay Packers and Live Nation have announced Paul McCartney will perform at Lambeau Field, the largest venue in the state of Wisconsin, on Saturday, June 8.
The performance, part of his Freshen Up U.S. Tour 2019, will be his first-ever concert in Green Bay.
“We’re honored to welcome Paul McCartney to Lambeau Field and we’re excited for Green Bay to host such a celebrated musician and iconic performer for the first time,” said Packers President/CEO Mark Murphy. “We’re looking forward to fans of multiple generations joining us this summer for this historic show.”

The newest additions to the U.S. leg of Freshen Up also includes Paul’s first ever appearance at Globe Life Park in Arlington, Texas, on June 14.
The Freshen Up tour is Paul’s first outing following the release of his No. 1 charting album, “Egypt Station,” released Sept. 7 on Capitol Records to stellar reviews: Rolling Stone raved, “Macca keeps adding new gems to his songbook, with nothing to prove except he’s the only genius who can do this… And, oh yeah — in his spare time, he happens to still be the greatest live performer on Earth,” while Entertainment Weekly described the album as “the still-vital life force of a superstar who has been there and everywhere and is glad just to be here now.”
