Do you have any siblings?

“I have a fraternal twin brother named Jesse. He’s into theatre, musicals, choir, orchestra and all the plays. My parents get the best of both worlds with me in sports and him in other things.”

Who’s older?

“He is older by an hour. He’s also taller than me. He’s like 6-foot and I’m 5-foot-7. I don’t know where he gets the height from. My parents aren’t tall, either.”

Do you come from a sports family?

“My dad played football and did track and field.”

How about a high-school sport you wish you would have done?

“I used to play baseball when I was younger but probably golf. My mom’s family golfs and my grandpa used to be a big golfer. I’ve tried it before. I can hit the ball okay.”

Bay Port has won 22 FRCC games in a row!

“We’ve had great teams from the past and I’m glad to have been a part of it. We’ve had a good group of guys.”

What’s it like playing for Coach Westerman?

“Playing for coach has been a great experience. He’s a great role model and always preaches about loving everyone and not being afraid to show your emotions.”

Do you have a most memorable football moment?

“Probably just the first time playing on varsity my sophomore year running out of the tunnel. I got moved up for the playoffs.”

Do you have a pet peeve?

“I don’t think so – not much bothers me.”

What is something about you most people wouldn’t know?

“Besides the fact that I have a twin brother, I’m a Chicago Bears fan.”

How on earth did that happen?

“I was born in Green Bay, but I don’t like the Packers. I liked quarterback Jay Cutler when he was with the team and I always liked linebacker Brian Urlacher, too. It just kind of stuck with me. I went to the game last Sunday.”

What are the Bears chances this season?

“I think they will do okay. I’m thinking at worst, 7-9. I think they could possibly win 10 games if things go right and make the playoffs.”

What three words best describe you?

“Caring, funny, kind.”

Talk about a favorite family vacation.

“Going to Escanaba in the U.P. of Michigan to see all my family is fun. We don’t go on many family vacations, but last spring break we went to Nashville, Tennessee.”

Finish this sentence: On Sunday mornings, you can usually find me …

“Watching football.”

How will Josh Robak be remembered at Bay Port High School?

“Probably that I gave my all in everything I did, was a hard worker and a great role model for younger kids.”

Dogs or cats?

“Dogs.”

Lie on the beach or ski down the slopes?

“Lie on the beach.”

Read the book or watch the movie?

“Watch the movie.”

Carpet or hardwood?

“Carpet.”

College football or the NFL?

“The NFL.”
