SUAMICO – An established business that is passionate about about flooring has opened a second location in Suamico.

The Tile & Stone Gallery recently opened a new location in the historic Vickery Village.

“I think Suamico is a growing community,” said John Wagner, owner. “There’s a lot of nice things happening in Suamico.”

Wagner opened the second location in part because one of his larger customers is right next door, design a la mode and owner Sheri Worth.

“Knowing that Sheri is here and there’s good things happening in Vickery Village, it was a good opportunity,” Wagner said.

While the location is a new one, The Tile & Stone Gallery has been in the Green Bay area for 20 years.

Its other location on Broadway in De Pere has been open for 11 years. Prior to that the business was in Ashwaubenon for nine years.

Over the years Wagner has done work all across the area, almost 10,000 projects to be exact.

For Wagner, he knows customers appreciate the personal approach they get when they work with him.

“If someone wants to redo a bathroom, kitchen floor or backsplash, we like to get them in the showroom to find out what they like for products and designs,” he said.

Wagner’s designers also make trips into people’s homes to discuss projects and complete estimates.

“Myself and all of our designers have many years of experience helping customers find what best fits their space,” he said.

Customers who work with The Tile & Stone Gallery gain product knowledge from the first consultation and estimate through the entire process.

The business is involved in every aspect of the job, from the first meeting, to removing old flooring, to working with other trades such as plumbers or electricians.

“When a customer walks in we take care of that customer from start to finish,” he said.

With two decades of experience in the market Wagner has a background with a variety of projects. A current one he is working on is a tile mosaic on a ceiling.

“There’s no limit on what you can do with tile and where you can put it,” he said. “It’s not just floors and tiles.”

Plus customers at The Tile & Stone Gallery can be assured they are getting a stylish product of the highest quality at a fair price.

“I pride myself in having products that are made by quality manufacturers that have the latest in technology and stand behind their products,” Wagner said.

Although no brand names can be seen once a floor is installed, different companies have different practices when it comes to everything from innovation to environmental impact.

The Tile & Stone Gallery strives to offer a wide selection of the best quality products, while giving every customer personal attention, Wagner said.

The new location is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.
