Joe Deboth is a Senior at Pulaski High School who plays on the Ashwaubenon Jaguars hockey team (co-op with Wrightstown, Pulaski, and Seymour).

He cracked the varsity lineup as a freshman and sophomore contributing two points.

As a Junior, Deboth was asked to play defense due to the limited experience Coach Golden had.

He took it in stride to help his team out, despite giving up opportunities to score and assist.

As a Senior, he was reinserted back to the forward position where he scored 13 goals and had 10 assists which qualified for forth best on the team.

During the stretch from Dec. 28 to Jan. 19, in which the Jaguars did not lose a game, Deboth scored 7 points ensuring the Jaguars would have their first winning campaign since the 2013-14 season.

Comments about Joe Deboth: “Joe thrived in his senior season,” said Matt Golden, Jaguars Head Hockey Coach. “We were able to move him back to his natural position of forward and he really blossomed. He steadied the second line and pushed them to be better. He is a great kid, and his positive attitude helped us through the tough end stretch of the season (where we lost some games). Statistically, he had his best games during our 8-game winning streak in 2017-18. He will be missed.”
