SUAMICO – A grand opening event is coming to Vickey Village to showcase what the area has to offer.

Located on Riverside Drive in Suamico, Vickery Village has seen postive changes recently.

New businesses have opened, existing business are thriving and new buildings have gone up.

The area will hold a grand opening event the week of Feb. 19-24 with an evening event on Thursday, Feb. 22.

A large prize package worth more than $1,500 will be awarded to one lucky attendee who will be announced on Feb. 27.

The area has a history with the Suamico lumber and fishing industry.

Until recently, the area has remained status quo for the past 20 years.

But residents and businesses alike are excited about the new life breathed into the one-of-a-kind area.

The welcoming, unique atmosphere is like no other salon in the Green Bay area.

Paramount Performance Physical Therapy and Performance Training is new to the area and resides in the Old Town Hall.

Paramount operates as a direct access therapy clinic which means people don’t need a referral.

New items are added weekly.

Tile and Stone Gallery will be the newest addition to the area.

With a planned opening in February, they will participate in the Grand Opening event and anxiously awaits the residents of the area.

For Tile and Stone Gallery, this is a second location in addition to their De Pere store.

It is the area’s only flooring design center specializing solely in hard surfaces.

Whether someone is looking for the high-end “wow” factor, or everyday durability, Tile and Stone Gallery’s team will source the right product for people’s needs and budget.

It is a full-service store offering design, extensive product options and highly detailed installation service.

The variety of professional, service, retail and food options make this a one stop, extraordinary community unlike any other. A bicycle/walking path will also be added this spring.
