The Jaguar boy’s soccer team finished the season with a 4-17-1 overall record.

The Jaguars defeated the likes of Luxemburg Casco, Green Bay West, and Fond Du Lac out of conference and then picked up their lone conference win versus the Redwings of Sheboygan South (4-3).

Forward Tyler Roethlisberger led the Jaguars with 37 points, despite being double and triple teamed a majority of the season.

Against the West Wildcats, he exploded for four goals before being taken out midway through the second half.

On many occasions, Roethlisberger was the best player on the field.

His leadership and team mentality were evident on the field numerous times, despite the difficult season the Jaguars endured.

For his accomplishments, he was named to the Honorable Mention list for the 2017-18 season.

Forward turned defender Kole Kolinski added six goals and six assists to top out at 18 points for the year.

Kolinski was one of three captains on this year’s team.

He started the season racking up a lot of stats; scoring the opening goal of the season against Menasha, and then added an assist in the second game against Marshfield.

However, when the opposition started scoring multiple goals in conference games, Head Coach Rick Kremer asked Kolinski if he would make the switch to defense to help the back line. Kolinski did so without hesitation, and it strengthened the unit toward the back end of the season.

The Jaguars scored 35 goals (1.59 goals per) for the season but gave up 93 (4.23 goals against). Anthony Perdue and Nick Percy shared duties in the net each logging close to 500 minutes.

Final Jaguar Soccer Stats

Roethlisberger 12 Goals and 13 Assists (37 points)

Kolinski 6 Goals and 6 Assists (18 points)

Luebke 4 Goals and 3 Assists (11 points)

Rony Maldonado 4 Goals and 1 Assist (9 points)

Kevin Garcia Espinoza 4 Goals (8 points)

Luke Hansford 3 Goals (6 points)

Zak Strzelecki 1 Goal and 2 Assists (4 points)

Aiden Christensen 2 Assists (2 points)

Percy 1 Goal (2 points)
