By Murray Gleffe, Sports Correspondent
The Jaguar girl’s cross country finished 7th out of 15 teams at the Polka Grounds Thursday afternoon in Pulaski. Sage Wagner took 4th out of 105 runners with a 19:18. For Wagner, it was a welcome top five finish after battling through injuries to start the year. In her 2nd year of high school cross country, Erica Conrad continues to get better each and every time she crosses the finish line. Conrad battled the rugged course and ended up with a 19:54; good enough for 11th place.
